Mentor-Protégé Program

Student Application Deadline: TBA
(Submit application, or see more program information.)

The Mentor-Protégé Program creates mentoring relationships between selected communication majors or minors and a member of the department's National Advisory Council. The relationship is one in which an experienced professional (mentor) guides, coaches, and teaches a less experienced student or young professional (protégé). Mentoring is expected to benefit all involved: the mentor, the protégé, the organization(s), as well as the culture supporting the relationship.

  • Read more or apply to the program via the National Advisory Council's webpage on the Mentor-Protégé Program.
  • Check out our department's National Advisory Council and its member listing on the Council website.
